Puff Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 sticks butter
    1 small sour cream
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix everything together.
    Chill for several hours or overnight. Roll out dough into a thin rectangle.
    Spread jar of mincemeat over 1/2 rectangle.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Roll up like a jelly roll. Make slits across top of roll.
    Bake on a cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0; then for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
