Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup boiling water
    1 cup quick oats
    1 stick margarine
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1/3 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon soda
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats and cut up margarine, let stand 20 minutes.
    Add sugars and eggs.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Add to oatmeal mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.
