Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients. Lightly beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add mixture to dry mixture. Fold in zucchini, vanilla and walnuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased loaf pan. Check with toothpick.
