7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. granulated sugar
    6 eggs (whole)
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter, eggs and flour until smooth.
    Add lemon extract and 7-Up, a little bit at a time, until it is all mixed in and smooth.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
