Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water.
    Brown hamburger and onion. Add seasonings, rice and soup.
    Drain zucchini well.
    In large casserole place 1/2 of the zucchini, 1/2 meat, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 shredded cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
