Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow summer squash, cooked and mashed
    3/4 stick butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
    32 crushed saltine crackers
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
