Foiled Pot Roast(Method: Foil) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck pot roast (about 2 inches thick)
    potatoes, sliced
    onions, sliced
    carrots, sliced
    any other vegetables desired
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Sear both sides of roast over hot coals.
    Place in a large piece of heavy-duty foil.
    Add sliced potatoes, onions, carrots and any other vegetables.
    Season.
    Seal in double foil.
    Cook on hot coals about 1 hour; turn occasionally.
