Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
2 c. (No. 2) can rhubarb, well drained (overnight is best)
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Put in 9 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
