Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
a pinch of salt and pepper
1 pkg. beef flavored Rice-A-Roni
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix ground beef, egg, salt and pepper together.
Shape into meatballs.
Combine Rice-A-Roni seasoning packet with 2 1/2 cups of water; pour over meat.
Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
