Dried Tomato Focaccia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces dried tomatoes (about 1/3 c.)
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 1/2 to 4 c. bread flour, divided
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. dried chopped chives*
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano*
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary*
Preparation
    * Chives (1/4 cup), oregano (3/4 teaspoon) and rosemary (1/2 teaspoon may be substituted for dried herbs.
    Also, as a variation, substitute 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour.
