Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium potato
1/2 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Mash potato and cool slightly.
Add vanilla and enough powdered sugar to make a pie dough consistency.
Roll between wax paper.
Spread with peanut butter.
Roll up like a jelly roll. Slice.
