Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. low-sugar strawberry spread
1/3 c. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add vanilla and combine flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
Combine spread and yogurt.
Add dry ingredients and strawberry mixture to creamed mixture (beginning and ending with dry ingredients).
Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
