Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. can cooked pumpkin
7 eggs
1 (1/2 pt.) carton coffee cream
1 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put pumpkin into large mixing bowl.
Break eggs into pumpkin and mix slowly in electric mixer.
Add sugar, coffee cream, milk, salt and vanilla and mix well.
Pour into crusts.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 and bake another 1/2 hour or until testing knife comes out clean.
Makes 2 pies.
