Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's original wild rice
    4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 small cans water chestnuts
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. Sauterne wine or light table wine
    1 c. very finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. green onion tops
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Dice cooked chicken into large pieces.
    Spread rice on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place chicken pieces on top.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken and rice.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Serves 12.
