Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. zucchini
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. dry spaghetti mix
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation

Cube squash and cook in salted water until crisp and tender. Drain.
Saute onions and peppers in butter.
Stir in mushrooms and spaghetti mix.
Add squash, tomato paste and cheese.
Pour all ingredients into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
