Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled or unpeeled grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 2 bread pans, 9 x 5-inches.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Divide into two greased pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing.
