Cinnamon-Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (1/2 lb.) butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts, combined with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In large bowl with electric mixer, combine butter, sugar and eggs.
Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Blend in sour cream.
Sift flour, soda and baking powder into the creamed mixture; add vanilla.
Blend well.
Spoon half of batter into a 9-inch tube pan or a 10-inch Bundt pan which has been buttered and floured.
Sprinkle half the cinnamon-nut mixture over batter. Spoon in remaining batter and top with rest of nut mixture.
Place in cold oven, set at 350\u00b0 and bake about 55 minutes.
Serve warm or cool.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
