Galopita(Greek Baked Custard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. farina
    2 sticks butter
    10 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk. Add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and farina.
    Mix and cook until thick. Add butter and stir until melted.
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add to mixture.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
