Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (cut out hairy section)
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 juice of 1 lemon
    garlic powder to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Can also use Monterey Jack, garlic Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese, too.
    Best served in a little crock-pot to keep it warm and supply crackers to dip in.
