Sausage And Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot or medium sausage
1 lb. sharp or Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Let cheese stand at room temperature until soft enough to grate.
With your hands, mix sausage with grated cheese, adding Bisquick and baking powder until well mixed.
Then roll into medium size balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
