Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced (with liquid)
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, broken apart or same amount of fresh
    2 chopped sprigs fresh parsley (optional)
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 soup can water
    1 1/4 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or any other kind)
Preparation
    Grease large casserole.
    Add rice, celery, onion, mushrooms, broccoli and parsley.
    Heat and mix in a saucepan the remaining ingredients.
    Pour the heated sauce into the casserole.
    Mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
