Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. large mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thirty minutes before serving, preheat broiler.
    Remove mushroom stems and finely chop.
    Reserve mushroom caps.
    In 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.
    Cook mushroom stems, onions and next 4 ingredients until onion is tender (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
    Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.
