Ketchup Beef Stroganov - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
    2 big onions, thinly sliced
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    4 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    In a medium glass bowl mix all ingredients together and stir well.
    Refrigerate over night.
    In a medium skillet, over medium heat cook the marinated meat with juices for about 45 minutes, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
    When almost done, stir in 1 cup of ketchup and let boil about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Serve over
    fries.
