Chocolate Crisps(Makes About 30 Crisps) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk chocolate bits
    2 c. rice cereal
    2/3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
    1/2 c. chopped unsalted nuts
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper.
    Melt chocolate in double boiler
    over hot, but not boiling water (lowest heat), stirring occasionally.
    Let\tchocolate
    cool for 1 minute and add cereal and marshmallows.
    Mix well and add flavoring, nuts and
    raisins. Shape
    the mixture into balls about the size of walnuts.
    Place them on the cookie sheet and put in refrigerator until firm (about 2 or 3 hours).
