Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 1/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour into flour mixture all at once.
    Blend only until moistened with spoon.
    An easy crust to handle without toughening.
    It will keep up to 2 weeks or longer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
