Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
1 box seasoned rice, long grain
1/2 c. shredded cheese for top of casserole
Preparation

Cook broccoli and rice according to directions; drain and place in casserole dish.
Add all ingredients; mix well.
Put pats of butter on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
