Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries, thawed (undrained)
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together strawberries, eggs and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients into strawberry mixture.
    Stir to blend thoroughly.
    Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 3 medium or 4 small loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out dry.
    Makes 2 large loaves.
    Bread freezes well.
