Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large seashells
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    Parmesan cheese (shake like salt)
    1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    seasoning (salt, pepper and garlic salt)
    Ragu spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook seashells for 10 minutes or 3/4 of the way done.
    Brown ground meat; add onion, green pepper and seasonings.
    Mix egg with cottage cheese; add to the ground meat and a little Parmesan cheese.
