Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. corn meal
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly grease an 11 x 8-inch baking pan with shortening.
Stir the corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl until mixed.
Beat in milk, oil and eggs.
Beat by hand.
