Aunt Pee Wee'S Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer
    1 medium chopped onion
    2/3 c. celery
    1/4 c. oil
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil chicken in salted water until tender and take meat off bones.
    Saute celery and onions in oil until tender.
    Add flour, one spoon at a time, to the onions and celery and blend.
    Add salt, pepper and margarine.
    Add chicken broth, stirring to blend, then add soup.
    Add milk, stirring constantly.
    Bring mixture to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
    Add chicken and pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Cover with Pinwheels.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden.
