Crock-Pot Barbecue(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 to 10 lb.) boneless Boston butt pork roast
    salt
    1 bottle Kraft hickory smoked barbecue sauce
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Turn heat on low.
    Cook 14 to 16 hours.
    Remove roast and cool.
    Break meat into pieces; remove all fat.
    Pour juices from crock-pot and discard.
    Place meat in layers back in pot.
