Extract Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 stick or 1/2 c. real butter
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    6 large eggs
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. brandy extract
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1 tsp. lemon or black walnut extract
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Combine shortening, butter, oleo and sugar until fluffy. Alternately add milk, eggs and flour, beating well after each addition.
    Add extract.
    Bake for 2 hours in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Start in cold oven, then turn to 325\u00b0.
    Yields 12 to 16 servings.
