Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) can peas
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill. Serve.
