White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. margarine
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    3/4 oz. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 lb. golden raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine\tand
    eggs.
    Beat
    in
    extracts, fruit and pecans.
    Bake in
    greased tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Cool before removing from pan.
    Can be baked in 2 loaf pans.
