Barbecue Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 large can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet with onion and salt.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole.
    Add sauerkraut, brown sugar and tomato juice.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
