Family Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. grated raw carrots
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir in pineapple, carrots and nuts. Turn into tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or bake in 3 round pans for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and starting to separate from pan.
