Ham-Stuffed Rolls(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped, cooked ham
    2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 large or 6 medium French rolls
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine ham with eggs, onion, pepper, mustard, relish and mayonnaise.
    Cut off tops of rolls; scoop out.
    Fill with ham mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place in 7 1/2 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Cook on Medium for 3 minutes.
    Turn dish.
    Cook 2 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 sandwiches.
