Pizza Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
    sprinkle of oregano
    1 oz. shredded Mozzarella or Provolone
    pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, peppers, onions and anchovies (optional)
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in 8-inch skillet.
    Beat eggs with milk and pour into hot skillet.
    Tilt pan to spread eggs over bottom.
    When eggs are almost dry, spread sauce, oregano and cheese over one-half of eggs.
    Add optional toppings, if desired and carefully fold unfilled half over fillings.
    Cover and warm over low heat until cheese is melted.
