Chicken Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, stewed
    1 can seasoned French-style green beans
    20 fat-free crackers
    1 can 99% fat-free cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
    1/2 soup can cold broth, skimmed of fat
    1/2 tsp. dry onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
    1/2 lb. fat-free sliced American cheese
    1/4 c. mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Remove chicken from bones and cut into bite size pieces. Spray a 7 x 10 x 2-inch pan with Pam and arrange drained green beans over bottom.
    Place half of the boned chicken over green beans.
    Top with whole crackers.
    Cover the crackers with cheese slices; arrange remaining chicken over the cheese.
    Combine soup, broth, onion flakes and 1/4 cup grated cheese.
    Pour over chicken. Sprinkle casserole with cracker crumbs and mushrooms.
    Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This can be doubled for a larger casserole.
