Spicy Turkey Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen whole boneless turkey breast (thaw only when ready to use)
    4 cloves garlic
    3 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. kosher style salt (pickling salt)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Put turkey breast in pan, skin side down.
    Combine garlic, pepper, salt and rosemary in blender.
    Add oil; chop all together. Spread 1/2 of mixture over turkey.
    Bake on rack in roasting pan (300\u00b0) for 1 hour.
    Put remaining mixture on turkey roast.
    Finish baking at 300\u00b0 until done.
    Use juices from turkey to baste during cooking time.
