Rice And Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    3 c. cooked rice
    3/4 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (topping)
Preparation
    Mix and place in greased dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with Cheddar and return to oven until cheese melts.
