Sauteed Zucchini Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter or olive oil or regular oil
    2 medium zucchini or 1 large
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tomatoes, peeled and cut up or canned tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    dash of dried oregano
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch thick strips, about 2 to 3-inches long.
    In nonstick skillet, melt butter and saute zucchini, onion and garlic, stirring constantly.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Simmer until tender.
    Turn into greased casserole dish. Cover with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
