Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix first 6 ingredients by hand.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Turn down oven to 300\u00b0 and continue baking 20 to 25 minutes.
