Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    parsley to taste
    tiny bit of oregano
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. milk
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. manicotti shells
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain off grease.
    Add garlic salt, pepper, parsley and oregano.
    Mix well.
    In a bowl, crumble the bread. Add milk, egg and 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese.
    Mix well. Add this to the ground beef mixture. Cook until cheese melts.
