Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cook raisins for 10 minutes or until water has cooked down. Cool butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks and raisins.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 40 minutes or until done.
