Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    carrots, cabbage and potatoes
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Cover hamburger with water and break into bits.
    Add celery and onion and any other veggie you wish.
    Potatoes tend to mush up.
    Add can of beef broth and water to cover contents.
    Add seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic salt, if you prefer.
    Put in crock-pot.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Skim any fat next day. Reheat and eat.
    Makes a thick soup.
