Stir-Fry Minced Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 green bell peppers
    1 small bunch celery
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 Tbsp. cooking wine
    2 medium onions
    2 carrots
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into cube size, then add soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking wine and soak for a while.
    Meanwhile, cut green peppers, celery, water chestnuts, carrots, bamboo shoots and onions into cube size.
    Stir-fry chicken in 3 tablespoons oil for 3 minutes; remove to a bowl.
    Heat the other 3 tablespoons oil to fry onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, celery, carrots and green peppers.
    Then add chicken to the pan.
    Mix well.
