Oven Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. boneless round steak, 1/2 inch thick
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion sliced thin
    1 can mushroom, drained
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Trim steak, cut into serving size pieces.
    Place in a 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with pepper and top with onions, mushrooms and tomato sauce.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Serve over noodles.
