Descant Lemon Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 egg
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except confectioners sugar.
Mix well; shape into small balls.
Roll in confectioners sugar. Place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 8 minutes, or until lightly browned.
