Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place 6 tart cut-up apples in a well-greased baking dish.
Mix dry ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle over the apples.
Melt the butter and pour on top, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
